Villa in Bol with private pool

Villa Mare is a listed building, which was refurbished in 2012. Featuring a private swimming pool, it is located in a quiet part of Bol. The nearest beach and the town center are only a short stroll away (distance 300 m). It has parking, a terrace overlooking Bol and the sea, and an outdoor kitchen. Indoors it features a dining/living room and kitchen which open onto the terrace with swimming pool. On the first floor lies a double bedroom and bathroom with a terrace, from which stairs lead down to the main terrace. On the second floor is a studio with two single beds, another bathroom and a loggia with stunning views. The sofa can be converted into another bed if required. All rooms are air conditioned. The villa has two plasma TVs, satellite TV, home entertainment centre, wifi internet access, wall safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board with iron, washing machine, dishwasher. Minimal stay is three nights.
